For cGMP and 21 CFR 111 QA consultants, regulatory advisors, fractional Heads of Quality and Amazon TIC readiness agencies who manage or advise supplement, food, peptide and cosmetic brands.
“Half the hours” is an example, not a measured result. The assumptions are under the estimator.
Two ways to bill, both through Paddle
Model 1: Wholesale Partner Rate
Practice-Managed Workspaces
You pay COA Proof through Paddle, and you bill your client inside your own advisory retainer.
You subscribe to Scale or CMO, the plans that hold several brands in one account, and enter your approved Partner Code at Paddle checkout.
Each client is a brand in your account, with its own products, specs, lots and pages.
Invite a client’s people to their brand. They see that brand only.
Model 2: Partner Referral Pass-Through
Client-Billed Onboarding
Your client pays COA Proof directly through Paddle, using your Partner Code at checkout.
Your client owns the workspace and the subscription, on whichever plan fits.
The client invites you as a QA reviewer or admin. Plans are priced per brand, not per seat, so you add nothing to their bill.
Sign in once and switch between the client workspaces you were invited to.
All billing runs through Paddle, the merchant of record. COA Proof sends consultants no payments and raises no manual invoices.
A Partner Code is a discount a person sets up for your practice after reading your application. The 25% on this page is an example, and your approval email states your rate.
What you charge your own client for advice is between you and your client.

Example math, not a quote and not a measurement. Standard Rate is today’s monthly list price. The partner rate assumes an example 25% discount. Hours assume 5 COAs per client a month, taking 30 minutes each by hand and 15 in a workspace. Those minutes are our assumption, and yours will differ. Before tax.
What to know first
Starter and Growth hold one brand, so a client on those plans has their own workspace and invites you.
A template is applied brand by brand. There is no bulk edit across clients.
A workspace’s forwarding address files mail under its first brand. In a shared practice account, upload into the client’s brand or send that brand’s supplier link.
A login owns one workspace, and can join any number of clients’ workspaces, in either order.
Peptide and other bulk drug substance materials use the regulated module, which opens only after a license or FDA-registration check. They get inbound checks and never a public batch page.
COA Proof checks documents against the specifications you set. It does not test, certify or approve products, it is not a laboratory, and it is not affiliated with FDA or Amazon. A named person at your client or your practice decides every lot. This program is not legal or regulatory advice, and nothing here predicts what an inspector or a TIC will decide.
